At Trust & Dust, we’re a friendly, reliable team dedicated to making property management simple and stress-free. From holiday homes to private chalets, we take care of every detail so you can relax knowing your property is in good hands.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including changeover cleaning and freshly laundered linen, all proudly processed in-house at our very own launderette and headquarters in Montriond.

Whether you rent your property or keep it just for family and friends, our local experience — built over more than a decade living and working in the area — ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch.

Founded in 2009, Trust & Dust has grown from a small group of valued clients into a thriving business with an extensive portfolio of properties. In 2019, we expanded our services with the opening of our in-house launderette, a key part of maintaining our high standards of quality and care.

Cleaning Service

Our experienced team is here to provide essential support and assistance with every aspect of managing your home. Whether you need urgent help or ongoing care, we’re ready to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is more thorough, and therefore takes longer to complete.

We’ve designed this service to include thorough oven cleaning and all accessible inside window cleaning as standard.

Please note, we are not able to undertake professional carpet cleaning, or exterior windows that are only accessible by ladder.

If you want to go above and beyond, we can also clean upholstery and soft furnishings, launder curtains and sofa cushions, as well as steam cleaning. Just let us know!

Sprucing

The spruce clean service is designed for opening up your property for the first arrivals. It includes light cleaning and bed making, ensuring your property is welcoming and guest-ready.

Laundry Services

Fresh sheets and fluffy towels — all under one roof, all taken care of by us.

Bespoke Laundry : let us take a load off your hands. We wash, dry, iron, and fold your laundry in-house at our Montriond launderette, ensuring everything is handled with care and attention to detail.

Rental Laundry: why not rent instead? Save on storage space and let us prepare everything when you need it.

Our team will pick and pack hotel-quality 100% cotton linen and towels, ready for your guests’ arrival.

Collection and Delivery: We also offer a door-to-door collection and delivery service. Simply contact us to arrange a time and process that works best for you.

Key Holding

We will look after your keys and keep them in a secure location in our office. 

We do not charge for this service.

Miscellaneous, Call Outs and Meet & Greets

We are pleased to offer assistance with a variety of additional services to provide peace of mind and convenience, such as:

  • Meeting tradespeople, delivery personnel, or guests at your property
  • Regular property checks while your home is vacant
  • Turning on heating and hot water prior to arrival
  • Laundry collection and delivery

Maintenance and Property Upkeep

Something not working quite right? Our team is here to help!

We can assist with maintenance issues such as a broken dishwasher, washing machine, or plumbing problem, by arranging for trusted local tradespeople to carry out the necessary repairs. We can also assist with annual property upkeep, including chimney sweeping.
