We offer an extremely high standard of cleaning, ensuring your property is sparkling clean for yourselves and for your guests.
We specialize in changeover cleaning, but we are also dab hands at mid stay, office and every other type of cleaning you might require.
Our team of professional cleaners are fully trained and we are always on hand, to ensure our reputation as the best cleaners in town is in tact!
We can cover all the bases with your guests, if you prefer to keep it simple.
Guests can have our direct phone number, as well as our email address. They will be able to contact us when they are in resort with any questions, queries or problems they might have.
We deal with everything as far as we can by phone/email, but will visit the property if necessary.
There may be specifics at your property that are easier to explain in person, or maybe you just prefer that your guests are greeted by a friendly face after arriving in resort. We are happy to meet your guests at your property on their arrival day, and/or check them out of the property when they depart.
Meeting the guests involves us being there to greet the guests upon their arrival, handing over the keys or access details, letting them in and showing them around the property, and answering any questions they might have about the property or the area.
We can also arrange to check in guests after their arrival, usually later that day or the following morning, allowing them to arrive and access without our assistance, but ensuring there is contact made in resort, should they need us.
Checking out the guests involves us going to the property just before the guests leave. We ensure the guests have had a good stay, whilst making sure the property is left in order, checking an inventory if necessary.
Travelling can be stressful enough, without having to think of extras! You can pre-book with us to supply items to make your/your guests stay a bit easier, one less thing to worry about.

Choose from a single or a double fold out bed (bedding is not provided). If you require linen and towels, please see our hire linen page.
Delivery and collection to/from your accommodation can be pre-arranged with a changeover (as we will be going there anyway!), or a flat-rate call out fee will apply if we are required to deliver separately.
Handy person: Our handyperson can fix any little problem you might have at your property, such as a broken kitchen drawer, putting up pictures or installing a new lock.
If any job seems like it might be a bit too tricky, we can recommend and oversee an experienced local expert to help you further (see local tradespeople).
Gardener: Dan is an excellent gardener and he’s happy to tackle your lawn mowing, weeding and general upkeep, as well as giving experienced advice about plants and what/where to grow them. N.B.- only available in the summer months.
Local tradespeople: We have a contact list of local experts who we can recommend to you for any job you may need. We can also help to organize chimney sweeps, fire extinguisher checks and anything else.
Deliveries: We’re happy to receive any deliveries at your property and small items at our HQ.
Proxy: If you need us to meet someone at your property, whether it’s a tradesperson, internet technician or estate agent, we can!
Property Checks: Whether it’s weekly, monthly or seasonal checks, we can pop in and make sure all is okay if your property if unoccupied for long periods of time.
